Even a simple party requires planning; the sooner you start organizing, the earlier the excitement begins and the fewer details you'll have to work out on the day itself.
Full Service Planning Includes:
Create design and decorations for your party or show. Our initial responsibilities focus on creating a customized look for each client to express their own personal style.
Photos, sketches and props will be presented to you and will include specific designs for everything from the tabletop to the dessert. After you sign off on the look it’s up to us to execute every last detail to ensure everything turns out the way you dreamed.
Venue search. conduct a search to compile a list of suitable venues that fit your guest count, budget and personal style. visit top choice venues to discuss benefits of each site.
Meetings, phone and e-mails consultation. Host in person meetings as needed, attend vendor meetings as desired and discuss event details by phone or e-mail as needed.
Vendor referrals. recommend suitable vendors that match your taste and budget including but not limited catering, cake, photographer, stylist, videographer, hair and makeup, music and entertainment.
Coordination. depending on the wishes, being on-site or on-call during the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
